- Terms are 25% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit upon purchase, balance due upon delivery of finished product.

- We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover

- Delivery charge for miles over first 30 miles charged at $2.00/loaded mile.

Limited Warranty

Michigan Dutch Barns' obligation shall be limited to repair and/or replacement for 5 years from date of purchase on all Deluxe Line Buildings and 1 year for all Classic Line Buildings and shall not be held liable for any special damages, such as (1) Violent acts of God, (2) Accidental or intentional damage done by owner, or (3) Vandalism. Repair or replacement shall be done at MDB's discretion.
